BRAMPTON, ON, Nov. 28, 2018 /CNW/ - On November 29, Loblaw Companies Limited (TSX: L) will celebrate the first-ever PC Children's CharityTM Day, where $1 from every $5* Crispy Chicken Sandwich Combo sold at select Loblaws CityMarketTM and Independent® stores will go to increasing access to good food and food education for local children.
This one-day event will aim to raise money to help put the power of food in the hands of Canadian children. From creating nutrition focused curriculums to providing meal programs in- school during the summer and on the weekends, PC Children's CharityTM Day will provide good food and food education to Canadian children. It will help create a foundation for them to learn and grow.
