In the bustling world of our business, there are many stories to be told, lessons to be learned, and moments to be shared – and this year is no exception.  

Over the year, we’ve created countless videos, each one a unique snapshot of our journey, our values, and our vision. As such, if you’ve missed the opportunity to watch some of these videos, you can check 3 of them out here, offering a fresh perspective on the diverse facets of our business:   

  1. Loblaw is making strides towards a sustainable future by integrating battery electric and hydrogen fuel cell trucks into its transport fleet(Open in a new tab), with the former already serving over 200 local stores and the latter set to provide long-haul zero-emission deliveries. This initiative is part of Loblaw's broader commitment to achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2040. 

  2. Through the partnership with Markham Stouffville Hospital and the Shoppers Drug Mart Foundation for Women’s Health™(Open in a new tab) program, the hospital can run programs specifically designed to assist women grappling with mental health issues. (English only)

  3. When the community of Wabaseemoong in northern Ontario faced a water crisis due to contamination(Open in a new tab), the Wholesale Club in Kenora, coordinated with the Red Cross to supply bottled water to the residents.
